Terms of Service

By accessing or using the RealInflation UK service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Service Description

RealInflation UK provides a web-based dashboard and calculator that cross-references user-provided budget data with public datasets provided by the UK Office for National Statistics (ONS).

2. Not Financial Advice

RealInflation UK is an informational and educational tool only. We are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The calculations provided are estimates based on public ONS indices and should not be used as the sole basis for making financial decisions.

3. The 6-Month Pro Pass

When you purchase a Pro Report:

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the interactive dashboard and generate PDF reports for a period of 6 months.
  • After 6 months, your access code will expire. You will need to purchase a new pass to access updated ONS data and a new dashboard.
  • You may securely share a "read-only" link of your report with third parties (such as employers or partners).

4. Payments & Merchant of Record

All payments are securely processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Stripe acts as the merchant of record and automatically calculates, collects, and remits any applicable UK VAT during checkout. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use it.

5. Refund Policy (7-Day Guarantee)

Because we want you to be completely satisfied with the insights you receive, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the RealInflation Pro dashboard does not meet your expectations, simply email us at support@realinflation.co.uk within 7 days of your original purchase date, and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Upon refund, your access code and dashboard will be immediately deactivated.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Service. You also agree not to resell, repackage, or commercially distribute the reports generated by this tool without explicit written permission from RealInflation UK.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RealInflation UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service, or any errors in the underlying ONS datasets.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
